Each home must have an attached garage for at least 2 cars.
Only materials such as solid wood, fiber-cement, stone, brick or stucco, applied in an architecturally correct manner may be used on exterior walls.
These requirements plus others involving specific construction details will be clearly noted on the Sandhill Requirements and Guidelines for Building Construction, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
Siepmann Realty Corporation must approve all building plans, architectural details, house locations, house grades, swimming pools, decks, and other landscaping features prior to construction.
